1. Data controllers

Each entity processes data independently, for the requests within its remit. For any privacy matter you can write to info@generas.it.
2. What data we collect
- Data you send us, through the contact form or by email: first and last name, company or organisation, email address, subject and content of the message, any attachments (for example a CV).
- Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the website to work securely (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, page requested), automatically recorded in the server logs of our hosting provider.
3. How the contact form works
The data you enter in the form travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is forwarded by email to info@generas.it. The website does not store it in any database.
4. Why we process data and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests and assess investment, collaboration or partnership proposals: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- To assess unsolicited job applications: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not send us special categories of data (for example health data) unless strictly necessary.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest of the controllers.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not pass it on to third parties and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Providing data
Providing data is optional. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot reply to you.
6. How long we keep data
Messages and contact details: 24 months from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship begins (in which case for the period required by law). Job applications: 24 months. Server technical logs: according to the hosting provider's retention times and in any case no longer than 12 months.
7. Who can see the data
People authorised by the controllers and the providers that support us (website hosting, email), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is never disclosed to the public. If a provider operates outside the European Union, data is transferred only with the safeguards set out in Articles 44–49 GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
8. Third-party services
The website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or embedded maps, videos or social plugins. Fonts are hosted on our own server: browsing the website does not send any data to Google or other third parties.
The website contains links to external documents and websites (for example www.edunauta.it). When you open them, their own privacy notices apply.
9. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@generas.it. We will reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Changes
We may update this notice. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
